Working primarily with materials as onyx, marble and steel, she investigates contrasts – robust yet delicate, organic yet rigorous, functional yet sculptural. The onyx stone represents spirituality and humbleness whereas the marble is a cultural symbol of tradition and a strong reference to Lisette’s great architectural inspiration, columns.
